- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to the total cost of the visit.
These fees may be charged to the payment method you have on file.
5.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. However, depending on the schedule for the day, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and cancellation fees may apply.
