For patients with severe or treatment resistant depression, ketamine may offer rapid relief. Intravenous ketamine is available in our Oakland office. While this use is considered off-label, we are also an approved REMS site for intranasal esketamine (Spravato), which is FDA approved and may be covered by insurance. Spravato is available in our Oakland and El Dorado Hills offices.
