We accept most major insurance plans but we will usually be under your Out of Network (“OON”) benefits. If your insurance plan has no OON benefits, we can sometimes obtain authorization for in-network benefits on your behalf on a case-by-case basis. Note that weight loss management is often NOT covered by insurance unless there are other medical issues such as diabetes. Ketamine is not covered by insurance, but esketamine (Spravato) may be covered in some cases.
