For patients with severe or treatment resistant depression, ketamine may offer rapid relief. Intravenous ketamine is available in our Oakland office. While this use is considered off-label, we are also an approved REMS site for intranasal esketamine (Spravato), which is FDA approved and may be covered by insurance.
